I had sex on 16th april and I got periods on 22nd april and lasted for 4 days (which is my normal cycle) but this month I got it late (on 25th may) which lasted just half day and the flow was not the usual one. I even had some kind of discharge last week which was something not usual. Please help me because I am just 21 and I can't have a baby.

Bleeding was very less so confirm for pregnancy by Bhcg.It is kind of blood test and more accurate.If negative consult to gynaecologist and take medicine for withdrawal bleeding.
