Unwanted 72 causes PCOS?

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I am 21 years girl. I am not virgin. I took too many unwanted 72 pills and two packages of high dose contraceptive pills in two years. Now my USG report is saying that I have cysts in both of my overies. Is this happened because of those pills? Any side effects? Plz ans. My scared for future.
