Unwanted 72, how to confirm it worked?

Hi, I had a sex with my wife on 14th Feb. After sex she took unwanted 72 in 12 hrs. After taking unwanted 72 she had a period in 6th day i.e 20th Feb which continues for 3 days. Her last period was on 7th Feb. Please suggest me, is there any change of pregnancy. Or should i wait for her next regular period to conclude.
