It may suppress milk production...but u can take it once if you have much doubt. If your period are started and regular and safe days then avoid unwanted 72

Taking it once will not affect breast feeding but don’t take it frequently. You can takeCerazette 1 tab daily for contraception. It’s effect starts after 7 days of taking it

Unwanted 72 is a high dose progesterone hormonal pill, it might affect (suppress) milk production
