We had an unsafe sex on 29th march. She got pregnent,ans now we dont want baby so tell me the method of abortion

Today being 4 April a pregnancy caused by unsafe sex on 29 March cant even be detected.
After fertilisation , it takes 15 days for the pregnancy hormone HCG to be released so much that it can be detected in urine.
So appears that either your pregnancy test is false positive
Next Steps
The window period to take post coital pill is over, so wait for 15 days, if no menses, do UPT on early morning sample of urine, in a reputed lab. home tests come false positives hence do test in lab
