hi ! many people have such unwanted thoughts coming in to mind without any purpose or intension or need for them without their interference, but they disappear when they focus their mind on work which is needed and purposefull at that min so that it helps in their daily routine. but in some people inspite of trying to focus their mind, thoughts run in their mind due to decreased self confidence which in time lead to uncontrollable mind. it is due to fear that what may happen after doing, you are getting such thoughts which is due to lower confidence in you to do those things. what you need to habituate is you need to learn the procedures for implementing the things which are to do. every work whether big or small, simple or complicated has definitely a defined procedure to follow without which no one is successfull till today be it a beggar or billionaire. you need to try to focus on learning that procedures to do things not on the result, if the procedure is perfect, the result will always be the fruitful as expected. then you will definitely over come your fear and build confidence on doing things and automatically thoughts vanish, because winning experience that you have got after the result will never let your mind to allow unwanted things to come in. try to concentrate to learn on procedures than on result. i think it may be change your mind set up and help you come out of it yourself, if you are unable to then you can consult a good homoeopath in your area and discuss your problem with the doctor, and go for medication. homoeopathy will set right such things and build confidence in people like you. hope this might help you. all the best.
