Unwated thinking & sorrow
I developing unwanted thinking and being sad of things, example I don't have problem in something but I assume that I have some problem and being in depressed of that problem. I know there is nothing to worry but I cannot realise the fact and face looking sad. Even I cannot smile, because I think I look ugly when I'm smiling, but I have many nice looking smiling photos. Please tell me the problem I'm facing and please tell me how to overcome these problem, thanks..,
