Pantaprazole is not required for all digestive problems. It is only indicated for certain conditions. Although it is misused a lot all over the world. The SYMPTOMS u have described in the last query in the pic u have shared does not appear to be related to Gastritis. It appears to be IBS like SYMPTOMS.u need to discuss your problem in details for finding the Possible cause of your symptoms. Treatment has to be ACCORDING to the diagnosis

Pantocid is an antacid which is given in certain gastrointestinal problems and helps in better control of acidity. Ideally the medicine is to be taken 15 minutes before consuming food.
