If you are lying down immediately after eating, it could just be acid reflux. Give atleast 30min after consuming your dinner before you lie down. Eat light, try to finish your dinner before 8pm. Do not consume anything oily, spicy, non veg and deep fried. If you smoke, quit.
Next Steps
Please consult a Gastroenterologist, and get further evaluation, you may need an ultrasound or endoscopy.
Health Tips
Avoid oily and spicy food.

Hi. It could be due to hyper acidity. Whereas such symptoms need to be checked clinically. It's better you physically consult so as to give the exact treatment.
