I have been suffering from upper Abdomen pain nd back pain for last 15 days.

Hi this can be due to gastritis , other causes are gall stone or rarely pancreatitis. It's better to get a ultrasound of abdomen done to rule out those. You can start tab. PANTODAC DSR (1-0-1) half an hour before meal for 5 days. Stop taking spicy food, tea, coffee.
