While getting up from sleep if Iam sleeping in the right side position my upper stomach has noticeable less pain , wat it might be . Thank you doctor

Is the pain only while sleeping. When you are upright is there no pain. Aggrevating relieving factors. Please shed more light on your sympyoms.
