Hello Ive been experiencing upper back pain that sometimes radiates to my chest and causes a strange feeling in my upper right arm, it tends to get worse at night especially when I'm lying down. My GP has done bloods and a d dimer test and ecg and nothing has come back I've also had a swollen lymph node in my neck that has been there almost two months which I'm currently waiting on a referral to ENT for. Any help would be appreciated. I'm a female 24 and an ex smoker With no past medical issues
