Upper back pain
From 4 months iam experiencing right hand shoulder blade & upper back right side pain, sometimes mild headache, no injury, no rest pain, no numbness, & normal bowel movement ,mild burning like sensation after urination for some time. Used pain killer's , ointments , doing physiotherapy , taking pantocid 80 mg for gastritis from 1 month, sending x ray pics .

You have some wear and tear in 4/5 cervical bones..which is normal for your age.
Correct your posture.
Don't bend your neck forwards.
Gentle exercises should be helpful.
Avoid local application.
