I am suffering from backache from last 2 months and my nature of work is sitting work and feeling pain all over the day. Sometime I applied spray but still no relief

You need to do posture correcting exercise for upper back and neck. Stretching and strengthening of neck and upper back muscles. And the most important ask for ergonomic advice for your work station.
