Suffering from upper back pain from 5 years..pain i feel while stretching upper back,If i do not strech than i feel fine.Have sitting job more than 8 hours. I do excercise for 30mins daily but still no relive.

Hii most probably the pain in your back is due to your long sitting schedule.
Take small breaks every 1 hour.
Do streching exercises.
Maintain your sitting position .
Dont bow on the table.
