Upper end tibia fracture
Met with a accident on 20th March 2019,its been almost 7 weeks that I have got my surgery done, with plates fixed on my tibia. Is it  good to start partial weight bearing as now? And also my knee is still stiff and not completely bending, is it normal?

Kindly consult the surgeon who operated on you. It is bit too early to start weight bearing  on the operated limb.

It completely depends on the fracture pattern and the implants used to fix them. Please send x rays for further discussion. However, meanwhile, you can use medications to accelerate bone healing.
