Upper heart pain
Yesterday around 10:30 pm ,all of a sudden in my upper portion of heart throbbing pain started and also in my back symmetrical to the place where pain was in the heart. I have never experienced this pain before . It was sharp and last for 2-3 hours after that I slept. Could someone please help with what it could have been , I had dinner 1 hour before the pain started shortly after having a cup of green tea with lemon. In dinner in ate rice with tomatoes.

Hello,
Such sharp throbbing pain is usually not cardiac. Take tab. Myospaz forte twice a day for 3 days and if problem persists get and ECG done and consult online

If doesn't work report or show in hospital
