Avoid hot spicy food. Dologel CT, 5 times/day, In clean mouth use finger/fresh ear bud for applying the gel, keep applied on gum area for 3 mins, not to swallow the saliva, rinse mouth thoroughly after 3 minutes. Not to eat anything for next 15 minutes. C. Becosule forte, once a day, for 2 weeks.

This may b a ulcer caused by trauma,  ( tooth brush) or a burn injury bcis of savoring hot food
Next Steps
apply dologel or dentogel on the ulcer 5 minutes before eating and also wnever the pain is more, take ketorol or any other pain killer for pain relief

Must be due to consumption of something very hot fluid/spicy food. Do not panic. It will take 4-7 days to heal

1.dologel as suggested by fellow dentist. 2. multivitamin whichever suits you. 3. mucopain gel application for 5-10 min in the affected area before having food. this will reduce the burning sensation.
