Since two years I am suffering with diabetes so I having daily one tab Gemer 1 mg in the morning.in resent past have pain palm and knee joints. And also chest pain in little .kindly suggests , what medicine to recovery

Hello..
I need to know in detail about the pain in the palm and knees you mention...knee pain is probably age related or osteoarthritis ..but to confirm on anything we need to examine you sir...secondly for chest pain we need to evaluate you as we have to rule out anxiety,acidity before thinking of cardiac pain...please get an ecg done too...consult a physician
