hi ! urethra is muscular tube which connects bladder to the opening of penis, unlike in females, in males urethra is long and serves the functions both for ejaculation and urination. due to injuries during operation or infections the tube narrows and results in stricture. surgical stretching is the only option in allopathy. but the success rate is very less through surgical correction as the stretched part narrows again after few mnths but through homoeopathy, it can be completely cured without recurrence with what ever cause it may be. you can directly consult a good homoeopath in your vicinity and go for medication without going for surgery. it solves your problem permanently in couple of mnths.
