Urethrocele/Cystocele
Hi everyone! In my young age, I have a prolapse bladder or cystocele. When I had consulted with my urologist, he said that I don't need to undergo surgery. What would be my alternative treatment? I am doing kegel exercise but I don't know if it would be effective. The size of it is 1cm. I think it is in grade 2 or 3 level.

Just having cystocele is not indication of surgery..Surgery will depend upon the symptoms u r having..If u r having mild symptoms then keep doing Kegels excercise.. It will definately benefit u if u do it in proper manner for atleadt 3 months.
