Urge of urination and stool,
I am 34 male, since couple of days I am having burning sensation at the end of urination and regular urge for urination and to pass stool. But it's not happening as usual. So please suggest any treatment.

Get urine examination routine and microscopic done along with the ultrasonography of the abdomen especially for the KUB region and post void residual urine.a urine culture and sensitivity test may also be done if infection is found in preliminary investigation.
