Patient is in rajasthan. Doc said it is curable with medicine... BUT THE CONCERN IS THAT BP IS CONSTANTLY REMAINING 180... Even after taking BP control medicine... I think he may require cardiologist opinion to rule out accelerated hypertension. So better done a complete evaluation and treated. Until unless control of bp don’t get discharge

If he is admitted and if bp is labile and high , should be controlled with labetalol infusion
