following disease is cause of mandagni, and mandagni is the cause of many other stomach related problems, for improving it u should try different ways.
take seasonal vegetables, fruits, fibrous food, avoid fast food, fried food, masala containing food, oily food take well boiled food.
RX
1.sarvkalp kwath - 300gm
2.chitrkadi vati - 40gm (1-1 tab 2-3 times a day, crush the medicine while taking it)

Avipattikara churna 1/2 tsf witha glass of buttermilk after food three times a day.
Drink enough water,tendercoconut water,buttermilk,mosambijuice ,soft cooked foods,home made,gruel,barley kanji.
