Rest the part. Avoid movement of the affected part. Splint the part if possible with elastocrepe bandage, make sure that it is not too tight to cause blood flow obstruction. Seek medical help nearby.

Apply ice and apply crepe bandage not very tightly and try avoid movement of hand till you get an xray done
