Plenty of fluids around 3.5-4 litres with Urine output more than 2.5 liters Avoid diet's rich in purine and urate Avoid beef shellfish prawns, lobsters, mutton and organ meat like liver Fish and chicken can be taken Fluids round the clock is very important Syp Potrate 2 TSP TDS with glass of water X 6 week T.fabulas 40 mg twice daily X 6 week
