Urin culture report result - Insignificant growth of normal skin microflora after two overnights of aerobic incubation at 37degree centigrade. what does that mean

This means it is normal, there are no aerobic bacteria. Although if symptoms are highly suggestive of a UTI, then anaerobic culture will be done. For more guidance take a personal instant consultation.  Hope that helps.
