  4. Urinal infection. Right medication?

Urinal infection
I am feeling pain while urinating from tomorrow and getting frequent urine calls. The urinal point is paining. I reside in a remote place with no access to much clinics. I have got pantofam dsr, Mefran spas and norfloxzcin. Am i under right medication?

Continue same medication for 5 days,,if no response or symptoms are increasing please consult a urologist in person for further evaluation and treatment
