Please have a routine urine examination done. You might be suffering from urinary tract infection which is very common in females..but a very obstinate infection,if not treated properly.

Collect the first early morning urine sample and get it tested for R/E,M/E and also C/S, i.e, routine examination, microscopical examination and culture and sensitivity.
Then report to your nearest Gynaecologist for interpretation and valuable advice.
