Plz review my urine culture test report . I was diagnosed with UTI after immease irritation during urination .

Yes...you have a urine infection and the good thing is that it is sensitive to some commonly used oral antibiotics ....
Have a lot of fluids...and take full course of antibiotics prescribed by your physician.
