Urinary Tract Infection
Dark yellow urine. 2-4 puss cells. Once reached to 12 to 15 few months back. USG reported bladder 3 mm wall thickness in April. Follow up USD show no bladder thickness in July. But yellow urine continues. Pain while urinating. Sometime pain between anus to penis area but not continuous. Nitrobact 100 1 month course going on 1 week passed. Also B12 below range. Medication is going on. B12 related issues improved and satisfied, but Issue related to UTI seems still there. Please note No blood in urine. Second USG in July reported everything clear (Kidney, Bladder etc..) Want to know second opinion and right direction.

Dark yellow urine suggest that your urine is concentrated still. Drink lots of water till urine come out like clear water. It means at least 3 x2 ltr water bottle in a day. Try drinking 3 glasses of warm water 4 times a day . Since second USG shows all clear so wash the system with drinking water . You will be fine
