In females it's usually urinary tract infection. Females are very prone for infection. First thing is to take adequate fluids. Do not hold urine for long time. Get a urine culture done. If it shows bacteria, start appropriate antibiotics as per that report. If you have any gynec problem like whitish discharge consult a gynecologist as that could be the source of infection.
