It is likely to be Urinary tract infection.
Get your Urine tested. In meanwhile take tablet Norflox -400 mg 12 hourly.
Drink plenty of water and oral fluids4-5 litres per day. Introduce V6 or Candid vaginal pessary into vagina once in 2 days.
