Urine comes in yellow colour
When iam in driving a bike ,any pressure to body, After sex,heavy work .This all times my urine comes in yellow colour and pain for 2-3mints and normal to watercolour.why this type is coming.any problems.please tell me.

Normal colour of urine is light Amber yellow.concentrated urine is dark in colour.dilute urine is of more water colour.variarion in colour of urine may occur depending on type of bodily exertion and activity
