Urine culture test
I was having burning sensation after urination .I did my urine culture and sensitivity test and the result was 'no growth' . Does it mean I dont have urinary tract infection ? . If not then what can be the reason for burning sensation ? I was also having joint pain with elevated ESR value of 21.

Get a urine routine test done to check for pus cells. Get ultrasound of KUB to check for stones and uroflometry to check the urinary flow. You either have infection ( not caught on urine culture)/ stone or stricture. These are common causes of dysuria in your age group. All the best. Do share your reports.
