hi if you have repeated urinary infection with abdominal pain you need to consult urologist. associated stones and assessment of your kub has to bedone if necessary he might do a cystoscopy to see any ureteric reflux blood test bp evaluation urine culture are mandatoryto avoid long term risk of interstitial nephritis. so dont take medicationes on your own.

your question seems to be incomplete and it doesn't make any sense.
for urinary tract infection, drink lots of water.
have cranberries or cranberry juice and you should be fine.
if it still persists, you need to visit your doctor for further management.
