Hi, I am 5 months pregnant and having urine infection, because of the infection I am having lower abdomen pain and feeling lot of pressure on my vagina, is it mandatory for me to walk a lot during this problem, please advise

No its not at all mandatory to walk. Please maintain hygiene and clean with dettol water. If even after this u need medication then do consult.
