Urine Infection

I am suffering from fever which usually comes in a month or two today I got my blood and urine examined where I found PUS cell count is 5-6/HPF and RBC count is 2-3HPF, my doctor advised me to have urine culture and ultrasound. So now question is whether it can lead to kidney stone?

It may be possible.there are other diseases also .get the investigation done to further elaborate the cause
