Urine infection
Hi my father having urine infection from last one year frequently he is getting utis after treatment also he is getting uti problems as per doctor suggestions we had TURP as well 3 months back but from last 3 days he is getting fever and we had urine culture please find attachment for urine culture report and le me know is infection occurred again what is the present problem.

Although the culture is showing bacteria, counts are not mentioned. Also not sure about significance of the bacteria. He needs further evaluation
