I have got my ultrasound done ! It says streak of free fluid in pouch of douglas and there is presence of free moving echoes within the bladder. Please guide

Its indicative of cystitis and could also be associated pelvic infections.
However clinical examination and correlation with signs and symptoms are necessary.
Get a urine r/m and c/s examination done as well
