My daughter aged about 7 year has regular urine infection. We have done Urine regular and Culture analysis and found there is infection.

Dear Parent, what are the symptoms and general condition?How many times she had culture proven urine infection? what organism and what drugs were given till now? what was her age at first episode? is she gaining weight properly? Urine routine test is just a presumptive. We can confirm urine infection by urine culture only collected before antibiotic dose. Urine must be collected in aseptic manner to get genuine results...

If She is having history of repeated culture proven UTI and failure to thrive than should do USG KUB.
Depending on that we can plan for further imaging and treatment.
