If you do not have symptoms of urinary infection from burning sensation on micturition, increased frequency of urination, passing blood in urine, fever with chills, vomiting or abdominal pain mainly in lower abdomen or in flanks then you don't need treatment. If any of these is present do urine culture and start on antibiotics.
