Urine Pregnancy test results accuracy.

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I had unprotected sex on 20th Jan. I took "Ovral l (4tablets at once and another 4 tablets after a gap of 12 hours).This is done with in 72 hours. Feb 3rd is my actual date. But no sign of periods till now. Do I need to take a pregnancy test and will that be accurate as I had sex on 20th Jan. will the result be accurate if I do the pregnancy test now..or do I need to wait to get the accurate results..? Suggest me some birth control methods or pills as I am a spinster.

U need to do a urine pregnancy test right away although failure rates of this method if emergency contraception are less. But still u cn do a test to confirm
