Hello friend What treatment did u take for prostate in july '19 for prostate ? Was it surgery? If yes did the doctor send prostate chips for histopathology? Did it turn out benign or cancer? All these will determine the future treatment Also I don't understand why u were prescribed psa monthly from jan till May '20 when July 19 and Jan 20 report was normal! It is very expensive report and unnecessary to repeat at such short intervals if one report comes normal... Unless u have prostate cancer! Regarding ur recent onset poor urine stream and sense of incomplete evacuation ... If u have undergone prostate surgery in jul '19 then it needs to be evaluated properly - could be narrowing of urethra post surgery or underactive bladder ... If u haven't undergone surgery , then it's ur prostate that is blocking urine flow or it could be due to underactive bladder ..
Next Steps
Sir for all ur urine problems, I strongly suggest that u need to meet a Urologist with all previous treatment papers... he will check urethral patency( If u have undergone surgery) ,do urine analysis, examine ur prostate physically, check speed of urine and post void residue.... n then he can come to a diagnosis
