  4. Urine problem. A remedy for this issue.

I am suffering from an odd problem. I am not able to control my urine... for example when i sneeze few drops leak out... or when i laugh hard the same problem occurs.. which make me feel guilt so i need a remedy for this issue.

Do kegal exercise daily as and when u get time...try to contract your pelvis when u r straining
