24 HRs urine for protein turbidimetric ( Benzethonium chloride) = 171.6 mgs/24 hrs.. is it normal or do I have a issue? If issue , is it fatal?

Protein more than 300 mg in 24 hours in 24 hours is significant proteinuria. However 171.6 mg in 24 hours may require observation ,repeat test . Have Consultantaion with a nephroligist for clinical evaluation.
