I have been diagnosed with Urine TB and I am under ATB treatment from 14/8/17.My urine report improved in 4 weeks of ATB treatment. However, symptoms like frequent urination and occasional pain still trouble me. I got CT scan done, all ok except a thickened wall of the bladder. Please advise do I need to get a cystoscopy done and why? When do the symptoms like urination or pain start to disappear, or do I need to take bladder specific medicines?

You will need medications to bring down the bladder irritability. If the bladder size is shrunk(which happens in some cases of TB , you will require cystoscopy and distension of bladder/ injectables into the bladder and so on ..
