Your symptoms look like urinary tract infection.It can sometimes happen after vaginal infection ascending to urethral passage.It can happen after intercourse also.Have plenty of water ,Clean yourself before and after contact.Get a urine routine test from nearby lab and consult a doctor.You may need some antibiotic if there is infection.Cranberry juice,tender coconut water,barley water can help you.
