Usagae of sleeping dose continuously...
Used sleeping dose continuously(daily) 5to10 tablets now I am not sleep at the time I need sleeping dose but I can't buy anywhere how to stop or I want to die I had confussion I am double minded.. the tablets are nitrest5mg,zolfresh5mg,trika0.25mg...I ysed these tablets for continuously 3mnths or more now I cant live without those tablets.

why are you so depressed, you must think about your family. homeopathy has best result in depression, sleeplessness. we required more detail for prescribing medicine. don't take me wrong death is not the solution, and know you are addicted to these sleeping pills so plz avoid this medicine and go for homeopathy treatment.

Hello my friend, Well, life isn't easy, and to end it is definitely NOT an option nor a solution. First thing is, Tab. Nitrest and tab. Zolfresh has got the same composition. Second thing I've noticed that you are overthinking my friend. Try and understand, you are here to see the world, accept it as it is, don't try to change it, change yourself. Nothing is Permanent, Everything is temporary. - Keep yourself occupied in some positive & constructive work. - Do the regular excercise. Make it a habit. It not just keep you healthy, but helps to generate happy hormones. - Eat freshly cooked food. - Take the help of Yoga and Meditation. And as far as the treatment part is concerned, These Ayurvedic Medicines may help you for a sound sleep, * सारस्वतारिष्ट - 4 teaspoon after meals with equal amount of water. * ब्राम्ही वटी & सर्पगंधा घन वटी - 1 tablet twice a day. Practice सर्वांगासन daily. This treatment is helpful for the stability of the mind, improves concentration and assist in sound sleep.  But don't overdo it. Though this treatment doesn't have any side effect but Dependancy on medicines is always not advisable. All the best...!

Do u sleep or take nap in daytime. if so then stop it. If u r not able to sleep, dont watch tv or mobile whats app etc. Read a good book. switch off TV atleasr 30 mins before bedtime. Drink warm milk before going to bed. Do some exercise daily. Eat healthy well balanced food. Finish ur dinner at least 2 hours before bed time.
