Usage of meftal in pregnancy
I have accidently taken meftal sab tablet -1 dose to reduce abdminal pain during implantation without realising that am pregnant. Does this medication known to have caused any birth defect if taken only once during pregnancy.

Meftal spas is taken by many persons accidentally for any tummy pain in the conception cycle before the urine test reveals a pregnancy.
Since the baby is either not there or just formed, it usually doesnt affect it as baby comes into the uterus just 10 days prior to missed period
